Why we use it
- To take payment, fulfil the contract and post the letters.
- To answer questions, correct addresses and support an order.

Who receives it
Stripe processes checkout and payment data. Netlify hosts the site, forms, functions and order records. Google provides website analytics only after you opt in. Postal and fulfilment providers receive only the details needed to deliver the letters.
We do not sell personal information. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area using the safeguards offered by those providers and required by applicable data-protection law.
How long we keep it
Order and accounting records are normally kept for six years from the end of the relevant accounting period. First-letter requests are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Support messages are kept only as long as needed to resolve the issue and maintain an appropriate service record.
Your rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. You may also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission.
