The practical terms for ordering, receiving and reading Yours, From Ireland.

These terms explain the product, payment, delivery, cancellation and the rights attached to the original story.
The product
Yours, From Ireland is one finite work of original historical fiction told through Patrick O'Donnell and Mary Cafferky's correspondence. The order covers twenty-four letters over twelve months. The characters and plot are fictional; the historical ground is researched from real records and places.
Orders and prices
Prices are shown in US dollars. You may pay $24.95 monthly for twelve months, $249 once for the complete story, or $249 once for a gift. Worldwide delivery is included.
An order is accepted when Stripe confirms payment. If a price or plan has been displayed incorrectly, we will contact you before fulfilment and offer correction or cancellation.
Payment
Stripe handles card payment securely. We do not receive your full card number or security code. A monthly plan is billed once per month for the twelve months of the story and is set to end after its final scheduled payment.
Delivery and addresses
The opening mailing posts in September. Later exchanges are prepared monthly and posted from Ireland. Postal delivery dates are estimates, not guaranteed dates.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if an address changes.
Consumer rights and cancellation
Our 30-day first-mailing promise is additional to any rights you have under consumer law. If you are an EU consumer buying online, the statutory withdrawal rules for regular delivery of goods may give you 14 days from receipt of the first goods to withdraw. Exceptions and local rules may apply.
Monthly buyers may contact us before a future charge to request cancellation. A cancellation does not affect amounts already due for goods already supplied.
Story and intellectual property
The letters, story, artwork and site content remain the intellectual property of Yours, From Ireland and their respective creators. Your purchase is for personal reading and gifting. It does not grant permission to reproduce, publish, resell or distribute the story.
Questions or disputes
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern directly. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
