Shipping & delivery
When the letters post, where they travel and what to do if an address changes.
Last updated: 9 August 2026
At a glance
The correspondence is posted from Ireland. Worldwide standard delivery is included in every plan.
Mailing schedule
The opening mailing posts in September. No fixed day is promised until the production schedule is confirmed. After the opening, the next exchange is prepared each month until all twenty-four letters have been sent.
What arrives
Each monthly exchange contains two separately prepared letters, one from Ireland and one in reply. The letters are physical paper correspondence and are yours to keep.
Destinations and delivery time
Worldwide standard delivery is included. Every mailing is posted from Ireland. Delivery time depends on the destination and local postal service, so arrival dates cannot be guaranteed.
Address changes
Contact us before the next mailing is prepared. Include the recipient name, old postcode and complete new address. If a mailing has already entered the post, we may not be able to redirect it.
Late, lost or damaged mail
Postal routes occasionally take longer than expected. If a mailing appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us with the buyer email, order reference and delivery postcode. We will check the order and make the situation right where we can.
