30-day first-mailing promise
If the first mailing is damaged or incorrect, tell us within 30 days of receiving it and we will replace it at no cost. If the correspondence itself is not right for you, we will refund the payments collected and stop any future monthly charges. You do not need to return the first mailing. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
